For Food Oasis, Make Room for Growth represents the next chapter of our work. We are expanding beyond storage and distribution into a more complete food system that includes the Food Oasis Fresh Market and the Food Oasis Marketplace.

The Fresh Market is about creating a physical place where local food, small food businesses, and community buyers can come together. The Marketplace extends that same idea online, making it easier for households, restaurants, organizations, and institutions to discover and purchase from regional growers and producers.

Together, these efforts give us more ways to connect food to people while creating new sales opportunities for farmers and food businesses. They also allow us to build on the infrastructure we have already developed through cold storage, dry storage, distribution, and institutional fulfillment.

For us, making room for growth is not only about expanding our footprint. It is about creating more pathways for participation in the regional food economy.
